1. Payment Methods:
- We do not offer Cash On Delivery (COD) as a payment option.
- We accept advance payment methods via Easy Paisa or bank transfer for all orders.
2. Delivery Time Frame:
- The standard delivery time frame is 5 – 7 working days from the date of order placement.
- In some rural areas, delivery times may be longer.
- Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather, transportation issues, or other factors beyond our control may cause delays in delivery.
3. Same Day Delivery:
- Same-day delivery is available in specific locations within Karachi only.
- For information on areas eligible for same-day delivery, please contact us on WhatsApp.
7. Refund and Exchange Policy
- Refunds are only possible if the order has not been packed or dispatched. Once an order is in the packing or shipping process, no refund requests will be entertained.
- In the rare case of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, exchanges may be considered upon review. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos and details for further assistance.
4. Order Confirmation:
- Your order will be considered confirmed after payment has been successfully received and verified.
- 5. Photo Confirmation: You will receive a photo confirmation of your order via email or WhatsApp. This confirmation will serve as proof of the order’s delivery and condition. 6.
